Questions about plans
Is CasePrompts free?
Yes. The CasePrompts prompt builder, workflow library, practice lenses, Ask your files, on-device runs, and CITE Check are free and need no signup. Files you open in Ask your files are read in your browser and are not uploaded.
How much does CasePrompts Pro cost?
CasePrompts Pro pricing is announced at launch. Account sign-in and upgrades open then. During the private beta, invited participants receive the scope, data terms, and any commercial terms before they run a matter.
What is a cloud run?
A cloud run sends the prompt you built and the text of the files you choose to Claude, and streams back a draft cited by page and line. CasePrompts then checks each citation and quote against your file in your browser so a reviewer can see what was found.
Can I send client files in a cloud run today?
Not yet. Until a Zero Data Retention agreement covers the cloud run, CasePrompts accepts only the synthetic sample deposition in the cloud. Keep client documents, privileged facts, and confidential information on your device.
Does a paid plan change who reviews the work?
No. A cloud run drafts findings and points to sources. A paralegal or attorney still opens each citation and decides what becomes work product.
