This isn't legal advice
CasePrompts is a tool for generating AI prompt text. Nothing here is legal advice, no attorney-client relationship is formed by using it, and the prompts and any AI output are not a substitute for your own professional judgment.
Verify everything
AI output is a starting point, not work product. You are solely responsible for verifying every citation and every assertion against the actual record before you rely on it, file it, or send it — and for complying with your jurisdiction's rules, the duties owed to your clients and any tribunal, and your firm's policies on the use of AI. The prompts are written to make that verification fast; they don't remove the obligation.
Provided as-is, free
The tool is offered free and as-is, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of it or of any AI output. Features may change or be discontinued.
Reasonable use
Use the tool lawfully and don't try to break, overload, scrape, or abuse it, or use it to do something improper — fabricating or altering evidence, evading discovery or disclosure obligations, or deceiving a tribunal. The prompt templates and site content are ours; you may use the prompts they produce freely in your own work, but please don't republish the library wholesale as your own.
